YOUR PRIME THOUGH, NOT MINE
YOUR PRIME THOUGH, NOT MINE
So what if I'm here on this piece to counter the Greek philosophers who said "Youth is the seed of life and the seed must be sown with care"? π. Yes, you read that right, although, my focus is going to be on the former part of the quote.
I believe one's teen years should be put first before the youth days. You see, many a lot of us 14-19-year-olds should get it stuck in our heads that we are not "enjoying our youth" now ππ❤π©Ή. It's entirely different to gradually lose your value (even as a guy) and people not seeing your value, not to them but to yourself.
You really can't be faster than your shadow and although the world we find ourselves in right now has normalized a lot of abnormalities, we've really got ourselves to blame for whatever mistake we make. Reason being that you've always got a choice, really.
"You really can't be forced to do what you don't want to do. You have a choice to say 'yes or no'. Some situations are not avoidable, I agree but try your best to stay away from situations like that; as a teenager especially", a friend of mine would always say amidst teens' talk.
There are wolves around who want to see you in my hands were tied situation.
In my own very personal opinion, I feel you should enjoy your youth, yes, but your teen years, develop it!!! Discover you, know you, and develop you.
You could figure this out from anywhere actually. Is it school, church, or even within your family, guys!!! You're funny to your family members, we are in a global world already, so go into creating content online. Your content could be anything, not necessarily skits. Instead of a regular "grwm to go write my exam", you could rather go for a "come with me to make my family see I'm the vibe of the home one more time"... There are ways to go about these things.
If you happen to be a very good science student in school, take to YouTube, not necessarily to teach but to make people out there see your potential. Is it an assignment, film yourself while doing it but mind you, if you get distracted easily, you could do the filming after your assignment.
Imagine growing up INSIDE social media πππ«Ά... I mean going through your page and having the feeling of 'Look how far I've come'π«Ά
You see, you really can't be a fully grown adult till you're 21 (I do not stand to be corrected ☝️π). Wild partying, doing drugs, and getting involved in some other craps *whispers relationship* at age 14-19 sounds insane to me.
Let's look at it from both sides, and this time, not ladies firstπ
An 18/19-year-old boy claiming to struggle with loyalty to one girlfriend and decides to become a player because he has been "broken" many times by girls lol. The same guy ventures into drugs to "feel better" and begins preaching about no love, nothing like true love... and the likes they do.
This would mess with your head and make you feel on top of the world as a playboy. Mind you, you're getting yourself involved in all of this mess when you're so close to being an adult and so you carry it on to your prime... still feeling on top of the world as a playboy with the mindset that love doesn't exist. π
Oh well, what happens when you finally come back to the reality that life isn't a bed of roses, and then, you just begin to get your life fixed at age 24-26... Imagine a child learning how to walk at age 4-6 π
Or as a lady, you prioritize a relationship at age 14-16. Yeah, I'm aware of married couples who knew each other from high school but then there are two things I feel you who weren't in the relationship with them should bear in mind.
First, you never can tell what happens behind the scenes
Second, the guy MUST have found enough value to make her his wife.
The initial part of this piece made us know that there is a difference between gradually loosing your value and people not seeing your value, not to them but to yourself actually.
If we're to be honest with ourselves here, females are always at the receiving end of whatever it may be, sadly ππ«Ά. Now, as a female all about your "man", you should have Proverbs 31:10 not at the back of your mind this time but on your forehead, maybe π. It says: "Who can find a capable wife? Her value is far more than that of corals."
What do I have to say essentially on this piece? Do well to develop your teen years to enjoy your youth. Also, do well to DKD π - Discover you
Know you
Develop you
